Gear Box - For Repairs

36 The gear box in the rear of a Fiat Padmini. It will be taken to the mechanics garage near Hebbal for repairs. All the required parts are available at the Mahindra Dealer - India Garage on St. Marks Road.

Body - Inner View

35 The view of the interior of the body. This will be painted black. The sides will be painted greenish black.

Body - Underside View

34 The Underside view of the body. This will get a black coat. A special paint which is supposed to keep vibrations to a minimum.

Gear Box Separated

33 The gear box has been removed for repairs. The gears slip at times.. Also the 4WD "In" and "Out" gear doesnt shift easily.

Chassis - Front View

32 The front view of the chassis. Without the body the chassis looks really long!!

Chassis - Rear View

31 The body has been removed from the chassis. Notice the gear box has been removed, as it needs some work to be done on it.

Footrest

30 The footrest has been removed for tinkering. It has a couple of major dents on it.

Tinkering

Shocks at the Rear

22 New gas filled shock absorbers have been fixed.

Pleasurizer Shocks

22a Originally these were procured from the Net for a Ford Mustang, however it did not fit the Mustang. It was tried on for size on the Jeep and it was a perfect fit... it just stayed from then on.

Driver Side Seat

21 The Tata Safari Seats are a perfect fit.. The seats can be pulled back, notice the lever for same. The seat mount height had be adjusted though.

Passenger Seat

20 Notice the bracket over the petrol tank on the passenger side.

The Seats
