New Fuel Tank Cap
74 A new fuel tank cap has been out. Couldnt find the original design... had to make do with this ..
70 Couldnt find a single place where I could replace my silencers.. Hence I am getting a new one fabricated at R.J. Products.. My mehanic gets his silencers for vintage and classic vehicles here.
72 All the guages and meters are in place. Notice the oil and battery meters (extreme left and extreme right) are stuck. Need to replace them with new ones..
65 The indicators are new. The parking cum brake light comes only on the driver side of the vehicle, as per the original design. Note wiring sticking out from the dashboard.. The entore wiring is being replaced with New wiring.
63 All accessories and fittings on the Jeep are getting painted black. There are so many parts.. I believe the painter has been complaining. The quality of this pic is not good, as it was shot in a mediumly lit room.
62 My mechanic picked up this pintle hook, however it doesnt look too good. Its neither well proportioned nor finished. Must look for more pintle hooks.
61 My mechanic found this in the local "Gujari" market. The serial number is almost close to mine except for a single digit difference. Wonder whose Jeep this was / is. It cost a bit, will cost some more to change the digit to mine and put the same on my Jeep .. :)
60 The paint job on the body is done. It will get a final coat and then a rubbing after the Seats / Canvas / Wiring / Rims & Tyres / Jerry Can and all accessories have been fixed.
