Rexin for Seat Covers
96 Rexin material which has the look and feel of Leather will cover the seats...Initially thought of going for pure Leather... but realised that the same would get quickly spoiled once water / rains fall on the same.. Have decided to go for this rexin material....
95 These tail lights were also sent by Arka from Chennai.. However I was expecting the cat eye type of taillights.. the ones used on the M606... however will keep this, in case the same is needed in the future...
94 An open view of the Trailer Coupling Electrical Receptacle.. a 12-pin metal connector covered by a spring-loaded door. The same will be mounted above the rear passenger side indicator.. The idea for the same was given by Mr. Uday Singh..
93 Got the same sourced from Chennai. Mr. Arkaprava another Jep enthusiast helped me get this from Avadi near Chennai... a place where military jeeps are scrapped / sold. .. These Trailer plugs were originally on a Shaktiman Military Truck...
91 Footman loops were difficult to get..Then I turned to Mr. Uday for help.. and lo pestro !!! he had the same fabricated and sent them across to me...
81 Picked this set from Mayapuri.. Delhi.. Well lubricated it works fine. Must make a bracket to hold the same somewhere inside the Jeep, else I can roll it in and place it in the ammunition box.
80 Picked up this spanner set from Mayapuri.. Delhi. It was being sold by Kilograms (KG). This entire set weighed about 900 Grams.. Notice all kinds of spanners marked with words like Mechanic, Handyman, Draper etc...
77a One of the few shops at Mayapuri.. Spare parts are just about strewn everywhere.. From engines to drive shafts to body tubs.. one can literally build a truck / jeep within a span of 24 hours literally.... I picked up some parts from Mayapuri...
